A three-star AA Silver Star hotel in Ludlow has been acquired by The Nawab Hotels Ltd - a UK-registered company owned by Asian hospitality group Your Travel Ltd.
The acquisition of The Cliffe at Dinham was facilitated by Peter Brunt, from Colliers’ hotels team, for an undisclosed sum.
For the past 15 years, Paul and Barbara Brooks have operated the three-star hotel as a family-run business, during which the hotel has undergone significant investment and enhancement.
A particular highlight of the hotel is its four AA Rosette-awarded restaurant, recognised for its commitment to excellence and consistency, which has a stellar reputation among both hotel guests and the local Ludlow community.

The Nawab Hotels Ltd is part of the broader Asian group Your Travel Ltd, owned by Faiyaz Nawab, who has a notable presence in the fields of hospitality, sports, and entertainment.
