Online AI training on offer

Shropshire IT service provider Stiperstone is inviting businesses to an online training session to help them integrate the advantages of artificial intelligence (AI).

The online training session is taking place from 2pm to 3.30pm on Wednesday February 5, and is intended for decision makers, senior level positions, and managers in organisations of any size and sector. To register click here.

The training will focus on Microsoft Copilot, the AI assistant available as an add on to all organisations using Microsoft 365 software. The training session is free to attend and is funded by Microsoft. The session is for businesses not currently using Microsoft Copilot, and the training will include a practical guide about what the software can help an organisation achieve.

Technical IT expertise is not required to join the training, although IT managers are encouraged to attend, as well as roles including security and compliance managers, and HR and financial managers.

AI can help organisations decrease repetitive tasks, increase data-derived business awareness, and raise productivity. As a fully-functioning AI assistant, Microsoft Copilot can complete tasks ranging from writing emails or creating sales presentations, to managing data from various sources to create reports.

The training session, which will be taught by a fully-qualified Microsoft certified trainer, will feature a live demonstration and include real-life scenarios. The session will also show business attendees how they can apply AI to resolve their own organisational challenges.

“Most organisations are looking to increase productivity and become more efficient,” said Wayne Howells from Microsoft partner, Stiperstone.

“AI is helping organisations achieve more with fewer resources. Integrating the right AI tools like Copilot will make this happen. The training session will show organisations of all sizes what they can get from the software, and how to use Copilot to start their journey with AI.”

Stiperstone, based in Telford, is a managed IT services provider helping businesses in Shropshire and the Midlands get the most from their IT.
