Just one week to go!

Shropshire Business Festival is set to take place at Telford International Centre on March 6 from 2pm to 7pm.

The county’s biggest networking event is being run by the award-winning team at Shropshire Festivals, who expect to attract over 800 business leaders.

The free-to-attend event promises all the fun of a festival to provide a platform where business leaders can grow their contacts and knowledge in a relaxed setting. There will be seminars, exhibitors, icebreaker activities, and a VIP event.

“Get ready for some serious fun at our business event with a difference and smash your 2025 business goals,” said Beth Heath from Shropshire Festivals.

“This isn’t a stale networking event. Instead, we’ll bring you a festival packed with icebreaker activities and learning opportunities because let’s face it, there’s no better way to connect with people than when you’re having fun.

“As well as rubbing shoulders with Shropshire’s business leaders, you can elevate your knowledge with topical seminars on the Start Tech stage, generate new leads in the Good2Great Networking Area, gather marketing and business growth insights from a Clear workshop, sit down with finance experts in the Azets Advisory Area, meet over 60 exhibitors, and take part in plenty of fun with remote controlled cars, cow milking, axe throwing, lorry driving and more.”

There will be topical seminars on the Start Tech Stage from Tracy Sherratt (British Business Bank), Dr Pretty Basra (The Women Money Business Podcast), James Gough and Dougie Nicoll (Clear), Alan S. Adams (Horizon Consultants), Liza Freudmann (BLA Sustainability Strategy & Comms), Johnny Themans (Good2Great), and Ian Groves (Start Tech).

In conjunction with the festival, Start Tech is running a Cyber Awareness Event ahead of the festival from 11am – 2pm, and Shrewsbury based digital agency, Clear, is running marketing and business growth workshops from 2pm – 7pm.

There is a ticketed VIP event at the end of the festival, from 6.30pm – 8pm for focussed networking at a Pudding Club.

Beth said: “I’d like to thank all our festival sponsors: Start Tech, Lanyon Bowdler, Chrisbeon, Azets, Clear, Good2Great, Volvo Shrewsbury, WPG, Illuminate FX Group, Monks Estate Agents, Shropshire Business Magazine, Shropshire Live, Human Results, Silent Seminars, Dulson Training, and Cartwrights.”
