Hat trick of new partners

Law firm PCB Solicitors has appointed three new partners.

Head of commercial property Rachel Wierzbinski joined the firm in 2019. Working out of the Shrewsbury office, Rachel acts for several local residential developers and handles all aspects of their needs from initial acquisition of a development site through to the subsequent sale of the residential units.

Rachel has expertise in commercial property, leases, and development, as well as extensive experience in agricultural land and business sales and acquisitions.

Richard Taylor-Duxbury is a Chartered Legal Executive who divides his time between the firm’s Shrewsbury and Ludlow offices, specialising in civil litigation with over 20 years of experience representing both private and commercial clients.

After ten years in London - where he managed an international litigation department for a leading national law practice - Richard relocated to Shropshire to start a family and joined PCB in 2021, progressing to head of dispute resolution in April this year.

Sarah Reynolds is a solicitor, based across the Shrewsbury and Telford offices.  Sarah is PCB’s head of public law and Legal Aid. Having qualified in 2008, Sarah is a member of the Law Society Children’s Panel and has amassed over 18 years of experience working within the remit of family law in Shropshire.

Sarah represents parents, children and family members in a variety of matters including care proceedings, social services involvement, contact and residence disputes, and domestic violence.

Ryan Bickham, managing partner of PCB Solicitors, said: “We’re delighted to announce Rachel, Richard and Sarah as our newest partners at PCB Solicitors, whose combined expertise is invaluable to both our private and commercial clients across Shropshire and the Mid-Wales borders.

"These three promotions demonstrate our ongoing dedication to developing and supporting growth from within, and I’d personally like to thank each of them for their incredibly hard work, loyalty, and commitment.”
