Business owners are being urged to apply for the next round of fully-funded support organised by the Silverpreneurs programme.
The programme is designed to to inspire and empower those over 50, giving them the confidence, knowledge, and skills to grow their existing or early-stage business within a warm and supportive community.
It's open to business owners aged 50+ with a business or home postcode registered in the Shropshire Council district (excluding Telford and Wrekin), and the next course kicks off on Thursday July 25 in Shrewsbury .
The exact location will be confirmed nearer the time, and anyone unable to make that date can still register in advance for a future cohort.
The programme is delivered by co-founders and expert trainers at Silverpreneurs who share their wealth of business knowledge, experience, and networks with participants. Topics include strategy and planning, sales and marketing, access to finance and funding, personal health and wellbeing, and mastering the art of networking.
A spokesman said: "Whether individuals have been made redundant, are ready to leave the corporate world, are re-entering the workforce after caring for family, or are seeking a fresh career path, Silverpreneurs offers something special for everyone.
"Through a blend of in-person one-on-one and group coaching sessions, participants will have the chance to learn, grow, and share their journey with fellow entrepreneurs. This isn’t just a programme – it’s a community where everyone supports each other."
